DIY Lunchables episode one ✨ Because fast food is DIY Lunchables episode one ✨

Because fast food is expensive, groceries are expensive, and honestly we’re all just trying our best right now 😅

These are easy to prep, customizable for kids OR adults, and still feel a little more fresh than grabbing something from a drive thru or ordering delivery every day.

And yes… shortcut ingredients are absolutely allowed here.

Pre-sliced cheese rounds + turkey circles = less effort, faster lunches, and a higher chance we’ll actually stick with it 🙃

Today’s combo:
🧀 cheese
🥨 crackers
🍓 strawberries
🫐 blueberries
🍎 apples
🥓 turkey

And the middle section is perfect for peanut butter, almond butter, hummus, dip… whatever works for your family.

Also, if you see a container or cutter from this series that you want, I’ll always link them in my ShopMy under the DIY Lunchables section ✨

Affordable-ish. Easy. Cute. We can do this 😂

DIY Lunchables are coming 🍱✨ Because if we’re all DIY Lunchables are coming 🍱✨

Because if we’re all trying to order out less right now… we might as well make lunch a little cuter 😂

I’m starting a series with easy homemade Lunchable ideas for kids and adults using simple grocery store ingredients and fun little containers like this one.

Think:
✨ easy kid lunches
✨ mom lunches
✨ snack boxes
✨ road trip snacks
✨ “I don’t want takeout again” meals

I linked my favorite containers in my bio if you want to grab one and build along with me 👀
If you host even a couple times a year, this is th If you host even a couple times a year, this is the kind of party setup that’s actually worth buying ✨

We used this backdrop for my mom’s birthday and then immediately reused it for my husband’s 40th birthday and honestly, we already got our money’s worth.

A backdrop like this is such an easy way to make your next:
☀️ summer birthday
🌼 backyard get-together
🍹 girls night
🎉 graduation party
🌮 taco night
🍋 lemonade stand
…feel way more festive without needing a ton of decorations.

The best part is you can keep reusing it and switch up the look with different:
• balloons
• streamers
• colors
• themed decor

It instantly creates a cute photo moment and makes hosting feel a little more special with very little effort.

One little note: the streamers started losing their stickiness pretty quickly, so if you try this setup, I’d definitely recommend having backup safety pins or extra glue on hand 😂

Everything’s linked in my bio (Amazon Link) if you want to recreate it for your summer hosting ✨
Cinco de Mayo, but make it cozy 🥣 This is the chi Cinco de Mayo, but make it cozy 🥣

This is the chicken tortilla soup I grew up on. Nothing fancy, just really good, filling, and feeds a crowd.

And yes… the “tortilla” part is just chips on top and honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way 😂

Ingredients:
• 3–4 chicken breasts
• 8 medium/large red potatoes
• 1 yellow onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 cans mexicorn
• 2 cans mild green chiles
• 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
• 2 (32 oz) cartons chicken broth
*Spices: cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt + pepper
• 1/2 Tablespoon Chicken bouillon powder

Directions:
1) Dice onion, mince garlic, and chop potatoes + chicken into cubes
2) In a large pot, sauté onion in olive oil over medium heat
3) Add garlic after a few minutes
4) Add chicken + spices and cook until it starts to brown
5) Add everything else and stir
6) Cover and cook on medium/high for ~25 mins
7)Check potatoes. If tender, it’s ready!
*Top with:
Avocado, shredded Mexican cheese, and LOTS of tortilla chips

Save this for an easy weeknight dinner or your next cozy night in 🥣✨

A quick + easy Mother’s Day gift that’s so cute an A quick + easy Mother’s Day gift that’s so cute and actually feels thoughtful 💐

This is one of my favorite ideas that feels intentional but still really easy:
• flowers
• her favorite drink
• a little something extra
(Also adding an Ulta gift card because it’s my go-to for literally everything beauty 💋)

And the best part? It’s highly customizable:
• Swap the drink (coffee, soda, lemonade, etc.)
• Change the gift (gift card, treat, anything she loves)
• Use any flowers, even from your yard

I added everything you need (including multiple vase options) to my Coffee + Flowers Mother’s Day DIY section in my shop so you can grab it all in one place 🤍

🙌🏼Mother’s Day is next Sunday, so if you want everything to arrive in time, I’d order soon 👀

Cheers to summer in a jar☀️🍹 🧨 This Dirty Firecra Cheers to summer in a jar☀️🍹

🧨 This Dirty Firecracker is giving melted creamsicle energy and I’m not mad about it.

It’s the kind of drink you make once… and suddenly it’s your whole personality for the next 3 months.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup tart cherry juice
• 1 can lemon-lime soda (I used Zevia)
• 3 tbsp sweet cream creamer (I used Chobani)
• handful of muddled blueberries

Mix it all together over ice + sip immediately 🥤
Perfect for the 4th, but honestly… this is your all summer long drink.

✨Save this for your next backyard bbq!
Laid off while pregnant, and still figuring it all Laid off while pregnant, and still figuring it all out as I go but somehow still surrounded by the kind of moments I used to dream about.

Messy, loud, beautiful, ordinary magic ✨

This is the kind of rich I’m holding onto.
