    Dinner for when everything is expensive but you st Dinner for when everything is expensive but you still want something fresh & tasty✨

This is one of my favorite Hostess Mom hacks right now:
– Rotisserie chicken (already cooked 🙌)
– Bagged Caesar salad (I used @yourtaylorfarms )
– Store-bought Cheesecake Factory brown bread (yes, they sell their fan favorite in grocery stores now 👀 @cheesecakefactory )

Warm up the bread, throw it all together, and suddenly dinner feels ✨fancy✨ but took 10 minutes and cost way less.

We had this last night and honestly… it was super tasty & fresh!

I hope this saves you time, money, and mental energy because everything is expensive right now and we still deserve good food

    Easy Taco Bowls 🌮✨ Because weekends are for enjoy Easy Taco Bowls 🌮✨

Because weekends are for enjoying… not stressing over dinner ✨

Here’s the easiest way I make them:

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground turkey
– ½ packet taco seasoning
– 1 dollop mayonnaise (makes it extra juicy + flavorful)
– 1 can corn
– 1 can black beans (I was out in the video but always add these!)
– brown rice (or 90-second microwave rice)
– bagged avocado salad kit (I use Taylor Farms)

Directions:
1)Cook the ground turkey with taco seasoning and mayo until fully browned.
2)Stir in the corn and black beans and heat through.
3)Serve over rice and top with the avocado salad mix.

So simple, so affordable, and perfect for keeping your weekend easy just double it if you’re feeding a crowd or having a last-minute “come over” kind of night!

🍔 **Homemade Hamburger Helper**

**Ingredients:**

* 3 heads broccoli, chopped
* 8 oz heavy cream
* 1 packet taco seasoning
* 1 tbsp minced garlic
* 16 oz shredded mild cheddar
* 1 lb ground turkey
* 1 lb elbow pasta

**Directions:**

1. Start boiling water for pasta
2. Chop broccoli (or use pre-cut florets)
3. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder & onion powder, then bake at 400° for 15–20 mins
4. Cook pasta according to package instructions (8–10 mins)
5. In a pan, add olive oil + garlic, then cook turkey
6. Add taco seasoning and cook thoroughly
7. Drain pasta and return to pot
8. Add turkey, cheese, and heavy cream
9. Add broccoli and mix everything together
10. Serve and enjoy 🍝

Crispy, caramelized, salty, tangy Brussels sprouts with parmesan!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb Brussels sprouts (use 2 lbs for a party & double ingredients)
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 2–4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Directions:
• Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
• Place Brussels sprouts cut side down in the pan once hot. • • Don’t touch them for 5–8 minutes, or until caramelized.
• Flip and continue cooking, gently tossing until tender.
• Lower heat and add pine nuts. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring so they toast but don’t burn.
• Turn off heat and add balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat.
• Transfer to a serving bowl and top with parmesan before serving.
