These BBQ Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos might be my favorite easy summer appetizer yet 🤤

They’re loaded with smoky gouda, shredded chicken, sweet & smoky Kinder’s Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce, fresh cilantro, and tangy pickled red onions.

The best part? They come together in minutes, cost less than most party appetizers, and everyone can grab a handful straight from the pan.

Perfect for pool parties, backyard BBQs, fireworks, game nights, or those casual summer gatherings when you need something delicious without spending all day in the kitchen.

✨ Recipe:

• 1 bag blue corn tortilla chips
• 6+ slices of smoked gouda cheese
• 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
• Moderate drizzle of Kinder’s Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce (@kindersflavors)
• Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
• Pickled red onions from @clevelandkitchen (so good!)

1. Spread tortilla chips onto a sheet pan.
2. Top with smoked gouda, making sure the cheese touches plenty of chips.
3. Add shredded chicken and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
4. Bake at 400°F for 6–9 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and everything is heated through.
5. Finish with cilantro and pickled red onions.

Optional toppings: jalapeños, sour cream, salsa, avocado, or anything else your family loves.

This easy charcuterie dip has all the flavors you love, but takes just 5 minutes to throw together.

Perfect for summer parties, backyard BBQs, pool days, or those moments when you need to bring something and don’t have time to build a whole board.

Ingredients:
• Charcuterie meat (pre-cut, chopped, or salami nuggets)
• Cubed cheese of your choice
• Favorite olives
• Olive oil
• Balsamic vinegar

Directions:

1. Add the charcuterie meat, cheese, and olives to a serving bowl.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or crostini.

That’s it.

One big batch of chili = baked potato bar, chili cheese dogs, walking tacos, AND leftovers all week long 🙌

Because feeding a crowd in this economy requires strategy, babe 😂

✨Easy Chili Recipe✨
• 2 lbs ground turkey
• 2–3 tbsp mayo
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 16 oz salsa (Pace Mild is my fave)
• 2 cans vegetarian pinto chili beans

Brown the turkey with the mayo + taco seasoning, then stir in the salsa and beans and let it simmer. EASY and so good 👏
